This development would include commercial, retail, and multi-family residential units. There are three specific buildings that curve around each other to maximize the square footage of the lot and to reflect the shape of the site within the surrounding streets. There is a residential tower, a three story shopping center, and a stand alone building to be utilized as a restaurant. All parking is available below the project in order to accommodate all of the buildings. Catwalks were used for easy access between the buildings and to all sides of the site. Pangea was the winning proposal in a contest by invitation for the development of a mixed-use project in the area of Juriquilla backed by a commercial market study.
