Conceptual Design for Future Development

Collaboration with HAD-VD (Mx.)

This conceptual design incorporates urban planning to create an extremely functional apartment complex. Using the Hunt Design Guidelines, the configuration of floor plans, thoroughfares, and green space has been carefully molded to create effortless maneuverability within the complex. There are two exterior options for this project. One is more contemporary, while the other is more modern. The complex design includes multiple amenities including a pool, gym, and clubhouse. The layout of the buildings accommodates clientele of many ages and lifestyles.
