Coffee Bean Building

Location: El Paso, TX
Conceptual Design for Future Development
Type: Tenant Improvement

This historic building was originally constructed in the 1920s as a coffee roasting and grinding plant located in El Paso’s downtown Union Plaza. The building itself is a three story, timber supported, brick building. The motivation of the project was to create a multi-use building that would compliment the adjacent project, Essex Alley, sharing the courtyard developed between the buildings. The interior would be designated for multi-use commercial space.
