This corporate project objective involved beautifying the exterior of two warehouse units that are adjacent to each other on one lot. A modern exterior with wood, glass, and metal components wrapping the front of the two buildings creates a pleasant frontage for the structure , which is visible from the highway. Both buildings are 23,000 sq. ft. and include office space. There is a plaza connecting the two units that would serve not only as a breezeway but also a courtyard for the truckers that are waiting for their trailers to be loaded. The open space creates a reprieve for those both working in the warehouses and those visiting the facility.
